Shipping Policy
Shipping (U.S.)
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package has been shipped you should receive a notification email including tracking information.
K&K Candle Delights is not responsible for delayed transit times once your package is in the possession of the mail carrier. If your package happens to be delayed, lost or arrives damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
When placing an order be sure to check that your shipping address is correct. K&K Candle Delights is not responsible for packages that are delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If your package is unable to be delivered for these reasons and is returned to sender, K&K Candle Delights is not responsible for any shipping costs or fees. We will be happy to ship your package to the correct address, however, you will be asked to cover costs for shipping.
Processing Time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping may vary. Processing time can take up to 7 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
